RENT REDUCTIONS
At a meeting of the Rotorua fiif'B School Board last night a letter received from one of the boai'dB leaseholders pointing ont that he been compelled to reduce the to one of his tenants, and ast^B for a reduction in turn. The boafJH decided to reply that ground were exempted from the 20 per ceP* reduction lunder the National penditure Act, and education were a]so exempted from the op^B tion of the act. The board therefore, no power to make reduction. |||
