HIGH SCHOOL MATCHES. In the basketball matches at Whakatane on Saturday, between Opotiki and Whakatane "District High Schools, Opotiki won one game and lost one. The Opotiki A team was defeated 12 to 7, after a very hard fought game in which both sides were badly handicapped by a very slippery grass court. The B team won 11 to 9.
