TO INSPECT TANEATUA PAEROA AND WAIUKU LINES. PASS THROUGH ROTORUA.

WELLINGTON, Friday. In accordance with the practice of inspecting the railway system of the Dominion in order to assist administration works, the Railway Board will make a tour of thc Waiuku, Paeroa and Taneatua branch lines. Local features relcvant to the operations of the lines will be studied. The board is willing to allow local representatives, if they wish, formally to place their views before it, but no public funetions are desired. The board will inspect the Waiuku branch on thc afternoon of Tuesday, , July 5, and on Wednesday, will proceed to Tauranga, and on Thursday to Whakatane. On Friday the board will visit Taneatua, and the locality adjacent thereto, returning to Frankton via Rotorua the same day.
