MEXICO CITY, Friday. A message from Colima states that the Governor has estimated that there are perhaps one hundrad dead as a re- . sult of Wednesday's tidal wave and : earthquake. I There is great danger that pestilence will follow unless outside aid is sent immediately. . . The Governor said that most of the dead were in Cuyutlan, famous as a summer resort. Upwards of 20,000 are living outdoors in the . capital, where there is a shortage of food, medicine, money and tents. The Governor himself is living in a tent.
