Wilson, 4 and 2 up; Mrs. Ryde and Miss Baker beat Miss Ferguson and Miss Holloway, 4 and 3; Mrs. Smith and Mrs. Bridger beat Miss Black and Miss Kemp, 4 and 3; Miss Pyne and Miss Cummings beat Miss P. Holloway and Miss Abbott, 8 and 6. Men's foursome: Timbs and Fogarty lost to O'Sullivan senr. and Main 1 up; Sharkey and Law beat Brown and Jessop, 2 up; S. Armstrong and Morrison lost to Davies and Harriman 1 up; Greenslade and K. Armstrong lost to Cairoll and Upton, 4 and 3. Singles, ladies: Mrs. Dewar lost to Mrs. Morris 1 up; Miss Hill beat Miss L.
