BASKETBALL
TEAMS AND FIXTURES FOR TO-DAY'S COMPETITION GAMES. Owing to the fact that several players have been unable. to play in the Wednesday basketball competition, it has been found necessary to rearrange some of the. teams. The Tui team has been withdrawn from the competition and of the five remaining players of this team, one each has been allotted to each of the teams left in the competition. This means that there will be one player over in each team and the. captains are being asked to rotate the players each week in order to give each girl a game in turn. Players are reminded that after next Wednesday, no player will be allowed to play unless her registration fee is paid. Following are teams and fixtures for to-day: — Konini v. Mokoia, 2 p.m.; Ngaio v. Kowhai, 2,45 p.m. (both at Government Grounds) ; Waratah v. High School (A), 2.45 p.m.; High School (B), a bye (at High School). Ngaio: J. Winslade, M. Worrell, M. Ford, D.
