SYDNEY, Saturday. The new State Cabinet consisting of twelve full Ministers and three assistant 'Ministers (two of- them llonorhry) have heen sworn in. Sir Daniel Levy, who was AttorneyGeneral and Minister of Justjce in the j temporary Cabinet, has been dropped. I He has been recommended for the office of the Speaker. Of the original ten the other nirie remain, namely: Mr. B. ;S. Stevens: Premier and Treasurer. Mr. M. Bruxner: Minister of Transport and Deputy-Premier. Mr. F. 'Chaffey: Chief Secretary. Mr. R. Weaver: Public Works and Health. Mr. J; Dunning'ham: Labour and Industry. Mr. E. Buttenshaw: Lands. Mr. D. Drummond. Education. Mr. H. Holm: Agriculture. Mr. J. Ryan: Assistant Minister in i Legislative Council. The six new men are:~ Mr. Manning: M.L.C, AttorneyGeneral and Vice-President of the Executive Council. Mr. J. J. Jackson-: Minister of Local Government. Mr. R. S-. Vineent: Minister of Mines and Forests. ' Mr. L. O. Martin: Minister of Justice. Mr. E. S. Spooner: Honorary Minister assisting the Colonial Treasurer. Mr. Hawkins. M.L.C. Honorary Minister, assisting the Minister of Labour and Industry.
