BERLIN, Saturday. There is a storm of indignation throughout the country among the disabled ex-servicemen and unemployed owing to the reduction in the allowances. Disabled men now receive 16s a month instead of 24s, and an unemployed man with a wife and family has to exist on 60s to 80s a month.
