MELBOURNE, Friday. The death is announced at the age of 79 years, of Sir John Quick, former member of the Victorian Parliament and one of the framers of the Federal Constitution. Later he was Postmaster-General in the Commonwealth Parliament and, more recently, was deputy President of the Commonwealth Arbitration Court.
