CALCUTTA, Wednesday. Twenty-two persons, including three British, died from the heat at Cawnpore to-day. Hundreds also collapsed in the streets. Delhi, Calcutta, and Allahabad are also sweltering in oppressive heat. The arrival of the cooling monsoon is eagerly awaited.
