AUCKLAND, Tuesday. Heta Fred Gardener, 16^, a Maori youth, appeared at the Police Court again this morning, charged with the murder of George Crewe at Ruatangatata, near Whangarei, on May 27. Detective Sergeant Kelly obtained a further remand to Whangarei on June 21, when the case will be heard.
