Rec. June 14, 7.10 p.m. LONDON, Tuesday. The Daily Express says that Mr. de Valera had a telephone conversation with the Secretary of State for the Dominions, Mr. J. H. Thomas. It is understood that there were suggestions that the Oath issue should be postponed until hoth Governments had conferred with the Dominions at the Imperial Economic Conference at Ottawa.
