SHARE MILKING CONTRACTS

HAMILTON, Monday. j "There is a rather humorous aspect | attaching to this case," commented I counsel' in an action for damages for ! an alleged breach of a share-milking agreement in the Supreme Court this morni'ng. "Some time ago the farmers got tired of paying solicitors' costs for drawing up share-milking agreements and they devised a standardised printed form of agreement," he pointed out. "I think this is the first time that the standardised form of agreement has come before the Court for interpretation. There are a number of exceedingly interesting points arising out of it."
