Rec. June 12, 5.5p.m. TOKIO, Saturday. A fishery sensation at Kamskatka is repoi'ted. Soviet guards fired, wounding Japanese during the rescue of fishermen from the Genzan Maru, which was wrecked in a dense fog. In all, 251 Japanese survivors were taken to Petropavlosk, and the remaining 90 are aboai'd rescuing steamers.
