SYDNEY, Saturday. On behalf of Sir Daniel Levy, a writ has been issued by Messrs. Allen and Hemsley, solicitors, against the Labour Daily, claiming £5,000 damages. It was announced yesterday that three other writs had been issued against the Labour Daily, the aggregate damages elaimed amounting to £30,000.
