LADIES HOLD SUCCESSFUL CARD TOURNAMENT AND DANCE The Women's Division of the Farmers' Union held ia 500 "Flag Tournament" in the Farmers' social rooms on Tuesday night. The evening was a great success, and the large number present appeared to enjoy themeslves' immensely. After the tournament an excellent supper was served, and then a number of dances were held, for which Mrs. Cate provided the music. Mr. A. Martin acted as M.C. during the card tournament, and Mr. E. Brown for the dancing. The winners of the tournament were Mrs. S. McMillan, Mrs. Lammas, Mr. L. Plummer, and Mr. W. J. Maddren. Booby prizes : Mrs. Grey and Miss Lovell, Mr. J. Ramsey and Mr. Anderson. The ladies of the- Women's Division are to be heartily congratulated on providing a very merry evening's entertainment.
