WELLINGTON, Thursday. It is anriounced by the Public Service Commissioner, Mr. P. Verscheffelt, that Mr.. J. E. Miller, District Public Trustee, has been appointed Superintendent; State Advances Office, as successor to Mr. A. E. P,richard, who recently retired on superannuation. Mr. Miller is a qualified solicitor.
