ROME, Thursday. A very high ofiicial at the Vatican told the Times representative that the report that the Pope had only condiffionaily acquitted Lord Strickland, and that Lord Strickland must kneel at the Pope's feet to renew his contrition, is solely untrue and ridiculous. A report from the Vatican says that the reconciliation is complete. .
