SYDNEY, Thtirsday. The Telegraph this morning pub- .■ lishes the photograph of a document which was found in the rooms at Parliament House occupied by the sitting members of the Lang Party. The Telegraph says the original, as discovered, is to be forwarded to the Commisioner of Police. The document is torn on the top, and bottom, and the headings read: "Lang secret service: Strictly confidential." The following :excerpts f ollow : — "On our return to power on June 11 with a definite mandate from the people to govern and carry out the Lang Plan, we must press on to our objective — and do it quickly. "Socialism and confiscation. "The legislation suspended through the dismissal of the Lang Government must be immediately restored by proclamation. "The State Governor to be peremptorily deposed. Twenty-Four Hours to Quit "The Federal Government will be given 24 hours' notice to quit Federal City territory and New South Wales. The Federal City, and all property not removed within 24 hours will be confiscated and vested in the New South Wales Government. "The exodus of men and money to other States must cease. All persons in New South Wales on June 11 will be compelled to remain in New louth Wales. Lang Guards from the Workers Defence Army will be stationed at all vital border points to lold up transport. "A rigid Press censorship will be mforced. "The Lang Guards to take precedmce over civil police. "The Lang Treasury to seize eon,rol of all banking. "The Lang Guards to have power ;o place under arrest any person dis>beying or refusing to carry out their jrders. | "All Government's payments to be iiade in debenture notes, which will >e proclaimed legal tender at face ralue. "All action to radiate from the zero lour within 48 hours of midnight on une 11. "If Mr. Lang should by any misihance be defeated for Auburn he will »e appointed State Governor." Curiously enough, the Labour Daily seemed to have full knowledge of the Telegraph publishing the story in the morning, because it says: "The Telegraph this morning publishes a stupid, iS and obvious forgery, which pur- ■ ports to be a secret report by a ■ mythical Lang Guard secret serHj vice agent. It is a pitiful repetiB tion of the Zinovief letter, which H was used to stampede the British B electors against Labour in 1924." ■ The Labour Daily adds : "The docuBpent was carefully torn to disguise Bs origin, and on behalf of the Lag|our movement we assure all electors ®iat this document is an impudent Bjraud and fake. We challenge the Belegraph at 9 o'clock this morning K) place in the hands of the police Bepartment sufficient evidence to conHjnce it that the document is genuBie."
