LONDON, Tuesday. The unemployed in Britain on May 13 totalled 2,741,306, compared with 1,6 22,971 in June of last year. The total increased by 89,125 since April 25, although the number wholly m-employed has decreased by 30,761. The number of temporarily unemployed has increased by 114,101. This "s ascribed to holi,day stoppages in the textile and boot industries, the effeet of recent floods, and temporary stoppages in the engineering, motor, metal and pottery trades.
