FIRST VALUABLES FROM STRONGROOM OF THE EGYPT QUANTITY OF SILVER PLATE

Rec. June 7, 10.5 p.m. LONDON, Tuesday. The Daily Mail special correspondent says that the Brest divers raised the first valuables from the Egypt's strongroom, consisting of a quantity of silver plate, brolcen out of cases by the sbock of the blasting charges. Tbe plate was badly damaged by the water. A case of two magnificent sporting rifles was also raised on which are gold plates engraved with a crown and initials. They were identified as part of a large shipment for the Maharajah of Patiala. The Artiglio's chief diver, explored the strongroom and reported that other valuables hesides the hullion Were stored there. Salving will not long he delayed.
