Rec. June 6, 7.10 p.m. LONDON, Monday. The Times' Dublin correspondent states that Mr. Blythe, ex-Free State Minister of Finance, speaking at Roscommon, declared that the President of tho Dail, Mr. Eamon de Valera, and his assistants are playing the part of Karensky, whose weakness and vacillation made the aecession of the Bolshevists possible. Drilling was growing throughout the country, and there was some display of arms. If Mr. de Valera did not act before it is too late, he said, the Irish Republican Army will mareh upon the Government buildings and establish some sort of degrading semiCommunist dictatorsbip.
