Rec. June 3, 8.30 p.m. OTTAWA, Thursday. With the exception of the Irish Free State and Newfoundland, all the countries in the British Empire have announced the delegates coming to the Imperial Economic Conference. Both the Free State and Newfound- ' land have definitely accepted the invitations from the Prime Minister, Mr R. B. Bennett, to he represented.
