J. LOVELOCK NOMINATED FUND TO COVER EXPENSES

DUNEDIN, Thursday. All but £10 of the £50 required to be raised by the Otago Athletic Centre to send to the Olympic Games Mr. J. Lovelock, has now been guaranteed, £25 being contributed by the residents of Timaru, where Mr. Love- ' lock resided. Advice has been received from Wellington to-day that Mr. Lovelock has been nominated for the New" Zealand team.
