NELSON, Tuesday. Mr. II. Atmore, has forwarded letters to the Prime Minister, the Rt. Hon. G. W. Forbes, protesting against three Ministers proeeeding to the Imperial Economic Gonference at Ottawa and on the ground of economy suggesting that the Prime Minister shonld be the sole Ministerial representative, with Mr. A. M. Field, as financial adviser -and also that as afiviser, one is required xyho is in sympathy with the unorthodox and entirely necessary proposal advocated by Professor Cassel, of Sweden, and Professor Foddy, of Oxford.
