N.Z. MAN ARRESTED ON LANDING AT SYDNEY

Rec. May 31, 10.30 p.m. SYDNEY, Tuesday. When the Morinda berthed at Sydney to-day, detectives, acting on radio instructions from the New Zealand police, boarded the vessel and arrested Harry Glinton McElwain (44) on a charge of issuing a false prospectus concerning an oil company. The sum involved is said to be £5000. Accused was remanded and bail fixed at £250.
