BERLIN, Tuesday. The resignation of the German Chancellor, Dr. Henrich Bruening ,with his Cabinet, has caused a considerable stir in foreign diplomatic circles and is generally taken as further evidence of the pronounced drift of the German electorate towards Hitlerism and the Nazi Party. The resignation of the Chancellor is expected to have a marked re-ac-tion upon the German attitude at the Lausanne Disarmament Conf erence. Reports indicate that Dr. Bruening was very ungraciously dismissed by President Hindenburg who returned from his estates, apparently determined to be rid of the Chancellor.
