MEDAL HANDICAP In the medal handicap for men played by riiembhrs, of ,the Opotiki Golf Club, cards returned were: Mr. M. L. de Latour 90-26-64, J. Hariman, 85-20-65, L. Duff, J. O'Sullivan and D. O'Sullivan, 67 nett. In the lnedal handicap for ladies, Miss O. Burt's card read 70 nett, and Mrs G. A. Dawson's 72 nett. On Friday next, 16 of the s'enior men from the Whakatane Golf Club will come to the Opotiki linlcs for a friendly match, while a similar number of junior members will go from Opotiki to Whakatane. Mixed foursomes will be played ( n Wednesday axterncon by mehibers of the Opotiki Club.
