WRIT FOR CARNERA
ALLEGED BREACH OF PROMISE ACTION IMPENDING. WAITRESS IN SOHO. It has been announced that a writ for breach of promise to marry has been served on Primo Carnera, the Italian boxer, on behalf of Miss Emelia Tersini, a waitress in a Soho restaurant. Miss Tersini, who is a dark-eyed girl of 21, is the niece of Mr. Ettore Nani, the proprietor of a Soho restaurant. She lives with her mother in Meard Street, Soho. Mrs. Tersini, mother of Miss Emelia Tersini, was unable eitber to deny or confirm the report that a write had been served. "This is entirely news to nie," said Mrs. Tersini to a News-Chronicle" report er at her residence in Meard St., Soho. 'ttf my daughter is talcing such action she has certainly not mentioned it to me. This is the first 'I have heard of it."
