ALLEGED BREACH OF PROMISE ACTION IMPENDING. WAITRESS IN SOHO. It has been announced that a writ for breach of promise to marry has been served on Primo Carnera, the Italian boxer, on behalf of Miss Emelia Tersini, a waitress in a Soho restaurant. Miss Tersini, who is a dark-eyed girl of 21, is the niece of Mr. Ettore Nani, the proprietor of a Soho restaurant. She lives with her mother in Meard Street, Soho. Mrs. Tersini, mother of Miss Emelia Tersini, was unable eitber to deny or confirm the report that a write had been served.
