POLICE MAKE TWO ARRESTS AFTER INTENSIVE SEARCH LOOKING FOR TI1IRD MAN

AUCKLAND, Sunday. Following the hold-up in the City on Friday, whsn Parkinson and Company's accountant was robhed of over £100, the police have made a most exhaustive search for the three robbers. It is still proceeding. Two men alleged to have heen concerned have been arrested. The victim of the assault, Mr. R. Dias, although bruised and shaken went to the bank later yesterday afternoon with an escort and drew sufficient money to make up wages. The hold-up has directed public attention to the need of more caution by all persons carrying large sums of money in the street.
