"She is a bad, bad woman and hell IS nqt bad enough for her," was the ciuthurst which startled the Gonsistory C.Qurt when Robert Walton, greyhound breeder and evangelist and husband of one of the Rev. Mr. Davidson's landladies, was questioned l'egarding Barbara Harris. "She is an arrant liar from beginnjpg to end. I would like to get her to myself for a few minutes. I would tear her to pieces," he said. "Is that the evangelist or the greyhound breeder coming out," asked Mr Oliver, counsel for the proseeution. "Miss Harris would nevfer have l?een in his house if he had n-ot heard she was fatherless .and thalt her mother was in an asylum," witness continued. "That was the evangelist speaking, not the butcher," eommented Mr-. Oliver.
