t WELLINGTON, Friday. Owing to the depression, the incorne of the Bishop of Wellington, the Rt. Rev. T. N. Sprott, had fallen 43 per cent, below the regulatiqn permitted by the Synod in .19.30. tinder the Bishopric Endowment Act, U A report made to the Dioceson Synod to-day said: "We notice witix regret that the income from the Bishopric estate has shown a serious decrease, and in view of the recent legislation, it may be even more serxbus next year." *-';y The report was received, '
