MacPherson, £15 5s 6d, costs £2 14s; Tourist Department v. W- Ransford, £12 4s ld, costs, £3 3s; same v. F. Crosland, £6' Is, costs £11- 10s 6d; S. Chhania v. Nohi Nikora, £14 13s 11 d, costs £3 ls; O. H. Coleman v. Tui Ruka, £12 4s 3 d, costs £3 3s; S. Dickson v. R. Mason, £49 10s, costs £4 12s 6d. Judgment Summonses. R. Thompson was ordered to pay W- Stonehouse £6 2s 9d, in instalments of 10s weekly, in default seven days' imprisonment. W. Simeon was ordered to pay McDowell and Co. £3 ls 6d, by weekly instalments of 10s, in default three days' imprisonment.
