-By Telegraph — Copyright.')
LONDON, Sunday. Mrs. Amelia Earhart Putman who has just completed a solo flight across the Atlantic from the United States, arrived at the Hanworth aerodrome in a heavy downpour. She was showered with congraulations. She emphatically declares that she will not fly across the Atlantic Ocean again. Mrs Putnam shows little trace of fatigue. She states that only one gallon of petrol was left when she landed. She expected the machine would be dismantled and shipped to America. Mr. J. A. Mollison and Miss Amy Johnson have wired their combined felicitations to Mrs Putnam.
