(Press Assn.-

arrival in london

-By Telegraph — Copyright.')

LONDON, Sunday. Mrs. Amelia Earhart Putman who has just completed a solo flight across the Atlantic from the United States, arrived at the Hanworth aerodrome in a heavy downpour. She was showered with congraulations. She emphatically declares that she will not fly across the Atlantic Ocean again. Mrs Putnam shows little trace of fatigue. Mollison and Miss Amy Johnson have wired their combined felicitations to Mrs Putnam.
