Rec. May 24, 12.32 a.m. CHICAGO, Sunday. Horses are again coming into their own in the middle west States owing to the low price of horse feed and the high price of tractor fuel. In Illinois and Iowa 18 horses are at work for every tractor, and fully half the farm tractors are idle. Farmers, veterinarians, blacksmiths, small-town bankers and businessmen say that horses are being more used this year than for years.
