WHAKA AND WAIKITE BOTH HAVE COMFORTABLE VICTORIES • NARROW MARGIN FOR ROTOITI Rugby at Arawa Park on Saturday : had few thrills, but.both senior games provided solid hard working footbaB. Waikite and Whaka both had vefy comfortable vietories over and Kahakura and Ngongotaha respectively,but there was a much narrower margin at Mourea where Rotoiti had only a single point advantage over Hikuwai. The junior matches Were well up to standard both High School ahd Kahukura registering decisive wins over- their opponents. The score in the Whaka-Rotoiti game did not em- • phasise the margin between these teams, both sides being six all with seven minutes to go.
