The Minister of Foreign Affairs, Senor Lamas, says that the o report circulated abroad to the effect that Argentine is sending an observer to the Iinperial Economic Conference at Ottawa in July is without foundation. Argentine had never tliought of inferfering in private deliberations within the British Empire.
