LONDON, Tuesday. There is a storm of controversy over the British Broadcasting Corporation's proposal to permit a series of radio talks by Captain Johann Breithaupt, commander of one of the Zeppelins which raided London in 1915, killing 70 men, women and children and injuring 128. "I do not see. why the person refeponsible for killing our women and children should be given facilities for telling the British public how he did it," says Commander O. LockerLampson (Conservative memher for Handsworth, Birmingham) . Admiral Marlc Kerr hopes that Captain Breithaupt will co'nfine himself to a condemnation of air raids, involving the loss of civilian life. The corporation's only reply to the objectors is: "Switch off if you do not lilce the talk."
