MELBOURNE, Tuesday. "The news of a change of Government in New South Wales has been a tremendous relief to the business community," said Mr. E. H. Wreford, chief manager of the National Bank of Australasia, and chairman of the associated hanks in Victoria. "A generai improvement in trade and industry is expected, and the hanks are waiting to do their part to aid recpvery."
