Rec. May. 16, 5.5 p.m. MEXICO CITY, Sunday. Diplomatic relations between Mexico and Peru have been servered. The Peruvian Government recently asked Mexico to withdraw her Minister, Signor Juan Cabral, and his staff from Lima saying that they were not acceptable as diplomatic representatives.
