Rec. May 15, 5.0 p.m. WASHINGTON, Saturday. Legislation introduced ih thb House of Representatives provides a reward of £20,000 for information leading to the arrest of the Lindbergh baby kidnappers. Seventy-five coastguard vessels, and six destrqyers are patrolling the Atlantic coast in search of a boat believed to be carrying either the kidnappers or the group of criminals who are'trying to extort a further large sum of money from Colonel Lindbergh and with whom Colonel Lindbergh was attempting to make contact at the time the body of the baby was found.
