PALMERSTON NORTH, Fifi. John Thomas Connell, single, aged 19 years, was knocked down arid killed on'the Main North Road to-night by a motor car driven by E. W. Francis, of Palmerston North. Connell,' who was employed by a Westmere farmer, was walking into Wanganui when the accident occurred. An inquest will be held to-morrow morning.
