Rec. May 13, 8.45 p.m. SYDNEY, Friday. The Governor of New South Wales, Sir Philip Game, has dlsmissed the Lang Government. His Excellency will immediately appoint an Advisory Cbuncil pending the completion of arraiigemeiits for a disfeolutioh of Parliament. It is reported that the Goveinor demanded the withdrawal of a Ministerial circular td departffiental heads ordering them not to eomply with the Federal law in connection with th'e Garnishee Act. The Premier, Mr. J. T. Lang, refused the demand, and it is .understood that he is now going to Government House to tender his resignation.
