Rec. May 9, 9.30 p.m. PARIS, Monday. General Miller, a "White" Russian leader, declared that Gouguloff was 'an agent of the Russian secret service. This was proved by the fact that he always had money, though Mme. Gouguloff states that her husband lived last year on her dowry. Opinion, however, is growing in France that Gouguloff in reality is a Bolshevik agent. M. Millerand, a former President, definitely declares that. Gouguloff is a "Red" Russian.
