Reynolds* Newspaper states that during' the next f ew weeks 20 or 30 ships will leave British shores with munitions of war for Japan, which, having crushed China, contemplates war on a grand scale, aiming to oust Russia from the Chinese Eastern Railway, and deprive her of access to the Pacific. The paper declares that the German hemlcal industry. is supplying corosive aeid, labelled pianos. France nd Poland are contributing bombs nd tanks. Britain is understood to e manufacturing 300,000 rifles and lany torpedoes for Japan.
