CANBERRA, Friday. The House of Representatives by 38 votes to 15 passed resolutions under the Agreement Enforcement Act specifying additional New South Wales revenue to he attached. A proclamation giving effect to the resolutions has been issued. The Commonwealth is now empowered to confiscate one-sixth of the railway and tramway revenue of New South Wales, and to operate on the death and stamp duties, liquor licenses, land revenues, and revenue from the registration of motor vehicles. The estimated revenue payable under this resolution will be about £10,000,000 a year.
