LABOUR PARTY'S. PROPOSAL DISCLOSED BY WEEK-END SPEAKERS MEETING AT PETONE

WELLINGTON, Snnday. An intimation that the Labour Party had decided to present a monster petition to Parliament, was given by Mr. J. O'Brien, Labour Member of Parliament for Westland, at a meeting of protest against the actions : of the Government, at the Labour. Hall at Petone, this afternoon, which was attended by about 250 persons.
