STATE MINISTRY HOPING FOR EARLY DECISION BY PRIVY COUNCIL WILL DELAY ELECTIONS

— By Telegraph — Copyrlght).

SYDNEY, Saturday. The Ministers hope that the Privy Council decision on the Upper House abolition will be delivered within a few weeks. If it is, the Government will not resign. A message from London states that the Privy Council judgment in the case is not excepted to be given in less than a month.
