NEW ROAD MAP

FREE TO MOTORISTS. Strikingly printed in four colours and complete in every minute geographical detail, the new road map of New Zealand just issued by the Atlantic Union Oil Co., Ltd., is now available free to motorists on application personally or by letter at the offiees of the cornpany at Auckland, Wellington or Christchurch. To ensure easy reading, highways are printed in black, principal connecting. roads in red, rivers and lakes in blue and land masses are tinted yellow. In addition to the maps embodied in the publication, mileage tables are shown which give progressive distances both outward and homeward along the proclaimed main highways of both North and South Islands. A further feature is a section setting forth a brief summary of the gaming laws of the country — data which should prove very valuable to sportsmen, and at the same time do something to protect New Zealand's native game. This road map represents one of the most useful contributions to motoring in recent years, and is a service for the man at the wheel that reflects cred:t on the Atlantic Union Oil Co. Ltd.
