SECKET SCIIEME TO ENABLE TREASURY TO SERVE AS BANK "VlRTUAL INFLATION"

SYDNEY, Tuesday. The Baily Telegraph says secret plans for constituting the State Treasury a bank, on which cheques may be drawn for the payment of Governmental accounts, have been drawn up, and are in the possession of Mr. Lang.' The paper adds that spefcial legislatipn will he necessary to put the plan into operation, as it is virtual inflation.
